Telkom Rosebank

Due for an upgrade 1 August 2021. Telkom at Cresta send me to Telkom Rosebank. They had the 2 of the devices that i wanted to ugrade to. Did the whole upgrde process, sales person the said after an hour and a half that the devices are not in the vault. The had other devices. On Monday i went back at they still could not resolve. Logged a query and went back to resolve. Every time unsuccessful.They said they will keep the devices,all of a sudden they only had one. One contract was eventually apgraded. Every day they have excuses about devices. Very poor. Would not recommend to do an upgrade ever with Rosebank Telkom. Its been 22 days still nothing.
