Telkom robs people of their hard earned cash

Telkom is a ****. I called to cancel my account last year october, which was coming to end end November. They carried on sending me invoices even when my contract ended, which i paid December, January and February 2024. Mind yoy i kept calling every month to cancel but still they will not cancel. February 2024 i decided to reverse the money, and still called again to cancel and the consultant reassured me that the contract was canceled. Month end February i received a statement stating i owe telkom R261, which i did not pay and i have no intention to pay. Yesterday i was debited R463, which i reversed. Telkom thinks that i will donate my hard earned cash just like that. They have trained their consultant to deceive people and rob them of their hard earned cash. Telkom you are the real ****mers!!!!!!
