Telkom robs people

I opened a 2 year contract with telkom for wifi in 2018. Everything worked well until i had to close my account aftwr the contract period. Telkom staff do not close accounts upon request and leave the accounts open to be further debit your bank account even when the contract is supposed to be ended. They then STILL do not close your account after calling them multiple times. Telkom then sells all your information and account to "attorneys" who call and irritate you during working hours and are rude on top of that when you dont want to give out YOUR OWN personal information. This account now counts as prescribed as it is older yhan 3 years and when i call telkom to ask for proof of that, their mamagers are mysteriously busy or on "lunch" or "not available". They say they will send a prescribed lettwr and that never ever gets emailed. I'm tired of this pathetic service and ****************. A manager needs to call me ASAP or this is going even further!!!! Stop breaking the POPIA act and start listening to instructions when people want their accounts closed!
