Telkom Robbs customers
Telkom is robbing people.I suggest ppl moniter their usage.I purchased a 14 day 3gig day and 3gig night.There after I purchased a 1gig for 3 days.While checking my usage I realized that they used my 14 day bundle first and left the 3 day bundle.It clearly states that bundles that are going t9 expire first will be used first!I called customer care and they trying to make up stories that first in first out...that's a lie.Everyone knows that thr bundles that are going to expire first will be used up first.They are misleading customers and robbing them.Very disappointed with this carrier.I won't be using them or purchasing anything from them in future.

05 Dec 2025, 18:29Update about these *******.I purchases a 7 day bundle today and low and behold...THEY USING FROM THE 7 DAY BUNDLE INSTEAD OF THE 3 DAY BUNDLE WHICH WILL EXPIRE SOON.Cal the call center to proof that they are misleading and missinforming customers.Now they change their choosing because they got nothing else to say.I caught them in a lie...I actually bought it just to prove them wrong.Now they saying that the tower is down that's why it's taking data from the bundle which will expire later on.But of *******
