telkom robbing their customers

i went in to take a contract which was 400.00 . the guy that helped did not say anything about them charging me pro rata for a full month . telkom is now wants to debit me 700.00 and the stupid lady that works there tells me that is telkoms policy and theres nothing they can do about it , very poor service from the people that work there . telkom are robbing people with their pro rata policy and no one should use this ****py network
