TELKOM ROBBING ME FROM MY DATA AS PER THE CONTRACT!

I upgraded my contract in July 2019 to this: 50GB Anytime Data 50GB Night Surfer Data Extra 20GB Telkom Data Number: *** Last month (August)Telkom did NOT give me my extra 10g from the 20g - i only received 10 out of the 20, and this month as well. I called in every single day for 2 months and everytime the Agent says they will log a call. To date I am still waiting for a reference number and a resolution! This is beyond frustrating that Telkom is robbing me from my data every single month. What pathetic service! It is ****************!!!!
