Telkom robbing me

I have a contract with Telkom that started as R399 a month initially,it's nw R449 as it's almost 2yrs I have it, problem nw since few months back they deduct 4times th original amount in July only they deducted +-1800 frm my bank, I went to th branch they logged a dispute, a consultant called me and said they wl refund me until today, instead I have R1095 tht I must pay for another month, I ddnt pay September month bcz I ws waiting for th refund bt nothing or else they can take th refund and update my account, I will again pay in October 15th a +-R2000 ,I am sick and tired of going to their branches I went 4times already bt they never have a solution
