TELKOM ROBBING CUSTOMERS !!!

An event subscription of R3 a day has been automatically added without my authorization. In spite of me canceling it last month I have still been billed this month. Upon query with agent .. say nothing can be done. TELKOM STOP ROBBING CUSTOMERS!!!!!
