Telkom robbing and *****ing from consumers just as much as common street ****s.

Firstly I would like to say that as a consumer it really grates my cheese that the service of companies such as Telkom is so phenomenally bad, that literally the only way to get anything done is to have to write a review here, only then something happens. And it doesn't happen because they actually want to deliver a good service, but rather because they don't want a bad revue, as a consumer I'm really over it. I have a freeme contract with telkom, which is in arrears, mainly because I stopped paying it as no one could ever explain to me how they make up all these amounts they come up with. For the better half of the last year I,ve been trying to get the information from my Telkom app or the website but not once has the app actually worked since I used it. the only message I get is, oh this is embarrassing please try again later. So according to the website and the app neither do I actually have a bill nor a service, so as far as I am concerned I don't owe any payments. Yet I still get a bill every month that doesn't correlate to anything. So since I stopped paying last year already the account obviously went into arrears and has been hardlocked which means no ingoing or outgoing message, so apart from the fact that Telkom made it impossible to use my banking as I do not get any OTP's now, they also have been trying to debit my bank account, for all sorts of different amounts all the time, which again have absolutely no correlation to the bill they keep sending me, that cannot be opened or explained via their app or website. Every single time my bank charges me 150 Rand for the bounced debit orders as the cannot be stopped since Telkom changes the amounts all the time. And I want all of those refunded, furthermore, my contract has run out 6 months ago already but for the last 6-month Telkom is still Billing me for free me airtime which cannot possibly be used on a phone that's locked for ingoing or outgoing services. As a consumer, I'm absolutely over getting ****d remorselessly over and over by companies like Telkom abusing the system and trying to get away with it. So since its impossible to get support from Telkom, here is my review. And I'm going to launch a case at the consumer council next as this kind of behaviour is equally as ********, as being ****** at gunpoint on the street. And it has to stop. South African consumers are being abused left right and centre and ********* like Telkom are getting away with it. And I for one have had it. I'm am not going to pay for services that I neither want nor can I make any use of them. My contract is expired, and the fact that it just gets continued is already a highly ***** process. After every phone call, you want customer feedback. Here it stops f...king your customers. Stop Billing people for services you don't provide. And when the contract ends after 24 moth end it doesn't try and squeeze customers longer with your ***** fine prints and making it impossible to actually cancel services. The kast service I had from Telkom took over 6 months to cancel. There really is no Sugar coating this what you are doing is financial ****. And I for one hope that more consumers will stop taking this nonsense. If a ***** gets caught *****ing a few bucks to feed his family he goes to Jail. Telkom has been *****ing from me the last 6 month, when do they get to serve a sentence? South Africa's real problem isn't our ********* on the street. Its companies with monopolies robbing people on a large scale and getting away with it all the time.
