Telkom *******!!

I bought freeme promo 300 min airtime on the 21 Feb 2021, which was valid for 30 days, expiring on 21 Mar 2021. I used approx. 200 min by 28 Feb 2021 and expected that Helkom would first use up my unused airtime in March before tapping into my 100 min monthly recurring package. instead the 65 mins I used in March got taken out of my recurring airtime and the full unused loaded bundle conveniently was made to expire with the full carry over by 21 March 2021. I am now left with 35 minutes of the 100 min bundle. THIS IS ****************....WHAT A JOKE!!! HOW DO THESE BUSINESSES GET AWAY WITH IT, FAILS MY IMAGINATION!!!!!!
