Telkom is an absolute ******** of service and insult to customers who spend their hard earned ZAR, with endless ZAR errors and complete BS explanations... today is yet another experience to add to our years of woes and dealing with you for cellphone contracts. no matter who you deal with at call centre or store level, not a single soul seems to have any brain cells let alone logic to either be consistent about your contract billing nor resolve an issue. Guys, unreservedly - you are as laughable and pathetic as giant as you are in the marketplace. our contracts will not be continued with you. seriously, spending extra money with others SPs who have an iota of brain capacity and operate with much more honour and stability will be worth it than having you indecently **** our bank accounts as you please.
