Telkom ****** me R30 airtime

Today on 12 May 2020 around 14h00 if I'm not mistaken I bought a R30 airtime, then converted to freeme and my money just disappeared. I then called telkom and never got help hence my complain to you. I want my money back if they can't pay my airtime. Thank you
