Telkom roaming on MTN is *******

I have phoned Telkom 4 times now trying to sort out my online landline account, Every time I try to log into my Telkom account I am told either the user name or password is incorrect. I was given a new password by the operator but it does not work. I have this supposed upgraded phone from Telkom which roams on mtn and 3 times I am in the middle of a conversation when I am just cut off. How is a person supposed to sort out a problem when u cannot even talk to anyone. This roaming on mtn is absolute *******. Now I would like for Telkom to phone me back on ********** 403 ASAP so we can sort out this matter and I can view my account on line
