Telkom riverside **** to me

on the 25 november i went to telkom store @ riverside. I ask the sales man by the name of nondumiso masuku that i want to do an upgrade. The i wanted was huawei nova 13i he said they don't have stock,but he can offer me huawei nova 14i it comes with a watch for free. After signing the contract i have been told that i cannot get a watch the promo is finished,i ask how because that what he sold to me. The manger name of thoko ngwenya didn't bother herself helping she just walk away and say she is in the meeting. I left everything at store went back on Monday 01 dec 2025. Still they didn't help me. What makes frustrated is nondumiso sold me the deal and it was still advertised on their catalog. Riverside telkom store service is pathetic.
