Telkom River Square - Let down by employee at helpdesk number 3

Telkom River square branch - Vereeniging. I went to the branch to seek help because of no network coverage. I spoke to Zolani at helpdesk 3. His response was that we can do nothing about it and the case was closed. His don't care attitude left me without words. I couldn't understand how he as a Telkom employee can not assist me. When I left the branch in a furious state Busisiwe called me and assisted me to lodge a complaint and I got a reference number. Thank you Bisiswe.
