Telkom rips off people

I purchased 3 gig data from the *123# promo and 50 rand was deducted and I got the message confirming I have been loaded with 3 gig data and within a couple of minutes I realise that I have no data and no airtime. I called customer service and they told me I never purchased data and that used the airtime and not data. I told them I have the prove which is the text message I received confirming I have been loaded. I will not leave this thing lying because I have evidence, Telkom you trying to rip people off but I will report you. Just watch.
