telkom ripping their clients off

so telkom can you please tell me how can you bill somebody for a new month when you have suspended the persons service and the contract has come to an end about a month ago, you have suspended my account in april so i have not been connected to the internet or used any of your data since then but now you are billing me for a new month, can you please explain that to me.
