Telkom ripping people off.

Firstly I am totally shocked at the level of professionalism of their call center agents (Thembi ) I am unable to remember her surname but spoke to her at 16:30 pm on the 3rd of November 2018. First I called Telkom because on the 31October I had more than 3000 mb of data before midnight I received an SMS from Telkom that my data depleted while I did not use all my data. When I called Telkom I was told that "it is what it is Telkom took their date back", and i must go and make an enquiry with Icasa" by Thembi. I need my data to be refunded. I would not advise anyone to use Telkom.
