Telkom ripping people off
I purchased 5G Data on 26 April 2018 but it never came through till today. I sent them a Bank Statement, ID, their error message reference and after more than 15 calls with reference numbers, escalations, I even went to their store in Galleria Mall and resubmitted everything and it has always been empty promises. I still have not received it and have run out of options. Can anyone assist please.
