Telkom *********** there clients

We are paying R799 for a 10meg line. They suspended our line telling us that we were in areas after they added the installation cost what was included. After settling the acount out of frustration we have had a 0.03mb/s line for the last 2 months. They are taking the full contract payments and that is not what we signed up for. You don't get any results if you phone then, poor poor service.
