Telkom Ripping of pensioner!

Telkom is billing there 81 year old clients R3649.11 for a land line that hasn't been used since September 2022 Client's went to there nearest Telkom store more then 3 Time's just to get told that Telkom doesn't deal with cancellations Telkom have logged a dispute on 2023-04-20 and still nothing well the account Just increased from R3000 to R3649 I think this is unfair that old people have to be **********... The service from staff in Alberton city is really bad! I'm considering to take legal action and get a lawyer involved
