Telkom ripping me off with speed

I beginning to hate Telkom cause I pay about R1000, I have been sending Twitter queries and I was asked to send screenshot about my speed and I did. The ****** consultant never rep****, Telkom I pay you for an LTE service. Today it's the 7th of February and ask me about my speed ****ty than ever, I'm on 10mb with 250 gb (uncapped) but my streaming is buffering like ****ed up. I have lost over 20 gb without watching **** but just buffering. Telkom fix this ****.
