Telkom ripping me off my money...

I have a problem with telkom mobile service,they do not debit my account sometimes,and they charge me return of debit even if there was money in my account,they make different references for one person saying it's different contracts and don't debit accordingly,*** and *** are both my numbers but I must pay separately
