Telkom Ripping me off and ****ing me work

I bought 10G data on 21/04/2020 via Capitec it didn't clear for whole day. Around 2am on 22/04/2020 seemed as if it fine used it for an hour went to sleep. Around 8am it was not working again. Yesterday I bought MTN and had to hot spot to get some work done, again today same thing. I called Telkom held on the line forever never got to speak to an agent.
