Telkom ripping me off again

So I currently have a 4mb uncapped line with telkom that costs R600 pm. As of late (the last couple of months) my bill has increased to around R800 a month. Now bare in mind this only started after a sales call I had gotten where the scandalous sales agent must have added things to my policy I specifically did not want. I tried multiple times to rectidy this with numerous calls where I was promised it was fixed buy alas I am still bring over charged. No one takes responsibility. I have no literally run out of options. What can I do. Because lord knows there *********** call centre hosts are useless.
