Telkom ripping customers off unnecessary

Biggest **** I requested a contract to be cancel 30 days before it ended... Made a request on 02 September contract when my contract was ending on the 31 October called in couple of times I was told to call in on the 31 now whe I called in on the 31 the contract is still active. Alot of customers has been complaining about telkom ripping people off cause they don't cancel people's contract after 24 months. Peter please help I don't want this contract anymore
