Telkom ripped me off

Telkom is here to rip me off! On 1 May my account balance was R42.32 which I paid.

1 June my account balance was R63 and when I canceled my account on the 12 of June Telkom agent said I should pay R105 for the account to be closed which I paid on 13th June and was told "the account was closed"

My deduction date is last day of the month which means debit order could not have been sent through since I had settled the account way before time (I always pay my account on the 15th and they never attempt on the last day of the month). To my surprise I get an sms that "my account was handed over to some company because I owe R203 for Unpaid debit that was due end of May (WHICH DOES NOT SHOW ANYWHERE IN THE STATEMENT). I have sent more than 10 emails to Telkom to ask where is the R203 unpaid from since it's not showing anywhere in my statement and NO ONE IS ABLE TO TELL AND YET I AM BEING HARRASED with messages daily.
