Telkom ripped me off

Telkom is a total rip-off company, I bought a phone and watch combo that I’m paying for every month at telkom east rand mall. I was told 5 months ago they do not have the watch in stock. 5 payments later I still don’t have the watch. I have been sent up and down more than ten times. Have called them day in and day out. I was simply sold a product they do not have. I am paying for this product every month but I still have not received it. Telkom I want my money, you guys have ripped me off for 5 months.
