Telkom ripped me off!

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I signed up for the big deal from Telkom mobile in February. <strong>The deal included 5GB + 10GB to use from 00:00 to 07:00 for R149</strong>. They said they will on debit my account in the 2nd month because it was a new contract. When I signed up o chose my debit order date as the 25th of each month. Telkom mobile tried debitting my account on the 15th of April which was not what we agreed on. Unfortunately they did not find any money on that date and then they tried again on the 25th and found some cash. To my surprise I owed <strong>R349,36</strong> but an extra <strong>R200,94</strong> was charged to my account as the payment rejection fee! The payment rejection fee was <strong>57,5%</strong> of my amount due which is ridiculous! It was not communicated to me that the debit order date is the 15th then I get hit with such a hafty penalty. I called Telkom mobile & logged a query and it has been over 2 weeks but the billing department has not got back to me. </p>
