Telkom ripoffs

I have a pocket router with telkom I pay R200pm. My debit order goes through the 25th. I have returned debit orders from April n May. They claim there wasn't money. When I spoke to their consultant. He says to me Collections dept stop my debit order. Now I want to settle the outstanding and the amount has jumped from R400 to R600 for debit order fees. So telkom charges R100 per returned debit order even if it was cancelled by them. Why such a ******* from telkom. Like I am so unhappy.....
