Telkom ripoff

I had two Contracts with telkom the one contract i finished paying it was only left with the other one ... all in all i was paying 898 for both contracts .Now that im only left with one contract which was 399 i am being charged 600 ... i want telkom to tell me why im I paying more

now the Account Subscriptions have increased from 20 rand to 200 this is frustrating account number : ***
