Telkom ripoff

I have a LTE router and I have a unlimited all hours package which I pay R849 for. Sure they have a FUP policy which I was aware of but this is totally insane because I can't even open a simple web site. Where is the unlimited all hours service, it doesn't exist. If there was a slow service where you get throttled I could deal with that but not having any service at all is totally rediculous. That is what you you call a farce. Unfortunately there is no other services in the area yet but are we gonna get ********** like this until there are other service providers in the area. **************** and I'm always praising them for fairly good service. No more, I'm tired of bey cheated like this.
