Telkom ripoff....

A few months ago I noticed that my ADSL router indicated that the line is capable of running at 10Mbps, so i called telkom and inquired about the speed capability of my line.<br> <br> I was assured that I can get the full 10Mbps dow stream and 1Mbps upstream.<br> <br> So I upgraded to the 10Mbps line, without saying this was a very bad idea as the cost is much more than the 4Mbps i had and the service sucks.<br> <br> Since \upgrading"all that happened is they upgraded the bill amount and reduced the service by 80%.<br> <br> The line now only connects at 6Mbps and the download speed is 1.7 Mbps as per the speed test : [URL Removed]<br> <br> And no one at telkom can tell my why i was mislead to believe that the line can do 10Mbps and now only running at 6Mbps.
