Telkom ******* Attempt

I have an internet account with Telkom...It's about 3 or 4 years now that the account has been on a month to month meaning i have been with Telkom for over 5 years. Today i struggled to connect and called the call centre only to find out that my account has been disconnected and is in collection. All my months have been paid for. I found out that the amount i am owing is for unpaid debit orders. Since when does Telkom sell unpaid debit orders? I've been making manual payments for all these years. They continue debiting a bank account i do not use even though i pay manually and charge me for their stupidity. The deal is simple, you give me internet, i pay you. I don't pay you, you disconnect. Why debit a non existing account? Is that another way of making money. That's a ****. I logged a case a week ago about all these crazy journals in my statement...till today no one called. Today i was advised to change my payment date to the 20th which i am willing to do but i am not going to pay for something that is not internet. Reverse all those stupid journals and you'll see that my account is up to date. I only pay for internet. That's our relationship. If you want to end it then end it don't come with ****s.
