Telkom *******!!!

<p>We have a landline and a cellphone contract with telkom, when we took the cellphone contract we were told it was part of a telkom mix promo they had going on at the time (feb2016) this included free calls to this cellphone from the landline and vice versa. Initially that went according to their promo. But over the last few months without us noticing they started billing us. After noticing our bill was much much higher over the last few months I went back to investigate only to find out their thieving ways! I have called their useless call centre many times only to be shoved from one department to another promising to forward me a reference number but nothing! Telkom makes empty promises and trick people with their promos! Disgusting!!</p>
