Telkom *******

I had telkom lines that I closed in 2018 and I sent cancelation forms but I am still been billed for accounts that I do not use. I have sent numerous emails and made phone calls but nobody cares. I want my refund for the months that they debited my accounts whilst I have requested for cancelation of their services. I do not even use those land lines.Telkom doesn't care about their customers
