Telkom *******

Dear sir/ madam

I took out a contract out on 27 August 2017 with Telkom whereby it was agreed that she will pay R199.00 per month, however from February 2018 R699.00 was debited from my account I phoned and spoke to Lethabo Magagane according to her I went the data went over the spend limit , which she will block it so it will not happen again.

Guess what I got a surprise when the debit order went off in the morning of the following month R699 deducted yet again from my account when it was only supposed to be R199 an email was sent to Lethabo Magagane Case no: ********** 7and never received any feed back , which let me to go to my lawyers. the email is as follows Care to explain! Why this happen a second time , (when you assured me you would block it from going when the data was finish)

I let it slide as you assured me it will be fixed.

I give you a good rating believing this will be fixed. Clearly I was TAKING ME FOR A RIDE .I will not be paying this money as this was not supposed to happen in the first place.

I need my money reverse today or will be taking this matter further.

My contract is R199 pm and never had a problem.

This is why I brought this to you attention when R699 was deducted last month February.

I will be cancelling this contract as I this is a *******. ,and after reversing the same in April 2018 her account was suspended.

We in this regard contacted Telkom on the 04 October 2018 and spoke to Shene Cupido and she advised that in respect of the contract that customer signs with Telkom if data has been exhausted a customer is given a spend limit and will be charged for usage of the same if used. We then requested copy of the contract that I signed as she advised that she was never advised of the spend limit while she took the contract but Shene advised that she should go to the store where she took the contract from and they will provide her with the same.

I went to Telkom Carnival mall as we were advised by Shene Cupido, but she was never provided with such contract, rather she was only furnished with copy of the application form which she signed and there is no clause referring to spend limit on the same. We have contacted Telkom again today and spoke to Marriam Mosedi who alleged to be the call centre team leader and despite having advised her that our client has already been to the store as we were initially advised she insisted that she should go back to the store as there is nothing they can do from their side. The matter was refer to 'Moses Mokhethi but to date nothing happened I received a call for Debt Collectors with I give them the Case no: ********** 7 This morning another R2500 went off my account .

Your assistance will be highly appreciated.

thank you
