Telkom is one company that totally rips you off. The worst network service ever! They deduct their payment every month via debit order, the month of August they debited my account on the 27/08/2018 but now they are saying they did not receive the payment and it clearly reflects on my bank statement. They sent my invoice and it shows they will be deducting a R1000 this month!! I refuse to pay more than double!! This is really unfair!! The call centre does NOT answer their phones and the branch consultants says they unable to assist me regarding this matter. Now please tell me, who the hell do i speak to to assist me??!!
