TELKOM RIP-OFF!!!

<p>I have got contract with telkom mobile where im paying R 569 normal monthly instalment and to my suprise last month an amount of R1800 was debted from my account.Moreover this month an amount of R 1600 was debted. When i call them to ask why,i was told that there was spending limit which was increased on my phone without my concern.When i asked which phone did you sent to,they told me that they increased it on my mother's number since i have given her one phone from the three phone that i have bought. I further asked them why they didnt call me to get a permission and they told me that i should have rejected it over the massege. How can i reject it over the message when the massege wasnt sent to me directly.The consultant lady who was speaking to me over the phone was rude.Now im broke i have no cent because that money that they took was not budgeted for.No more telkom no more in my life and this month i wont buy bunddles just to see what will happen and i have notify my mom not to call anymore.Im realy disapointed. How can you increase my monthly spending limit without a proper affordability assessment.</p>
