Telkom Rip-off

<p>I have not received an account from Telkom since Feb 2016. It was by sheer chance that I opened my Gmail account - to find a telkom account mailed to me (Without my consent) reflecting arrears and amounts due. I immediately paid the arrears as well as the interest but decided to follow up why I am not receiving statements. I spoke to the respondent on 10210 who immediately said there is a problem with accounts and she put me throught to Zama who gave me the following ***. She will enter a dispute about the interest being charged but can not answer i.r.o. statements and why they are not being sent. She will escalate this to her manager. If you nail 4 million users with overdue interest of R 10 pm, you make 40 mil rand - and this is blatant theft. I want to know when I will be recveiving my accounts again and if they want to e-mail the account, what discout are they offering as I pay the ISP fees as well as the printring costs</p>
