Telkom ridiculous demands on horrible customer services

Telkom is nothing bust a waste of time. I cancelled 2 services due to coverage I never used telkom services. When I was talking to the agent, we tried all options and still there was no network coverage. So Telkom was suppose to send a courier to pick up their devises. They never did until I moved to a new place. I app**** to telkom again. The responded but my application was not processed. On the 3rd week I app**** for fibre to another service provider. They assisted now Im connected. Telkom have cut my land line which is paid for and told me I awe some ridiculous amount for cancelation. Why would anyone keep a service thats doesnt work?
