Telkom Ridiculous and Pathetic customer service

Pathetic service - ordered a VOIP Package through them - cannot get it activated- being sent back and forth from their sales department to their technical department - when speaking to the supervisor of the sales department she says she cannot contact the technical department because she is on the phone with me, I asked can she not use another phone while I hold and the response I get is there are no other phones - Is this not TELKOM!!!!!!! Pathetic and frustrating dealing with *********** people - this level of service is a joke!
