Telkom ridiculous .........48 months contract

Telkom is pathetic

I renewed my contract in August 2019 and it was a long nightmare to get this renewal thereafter I finally upgraded to a 24 months contract. 6 months ago I discovered that my contract expires after 4 years and I am unable to upgrade I tried calling Telkom several times and was sent from pillar to post with no one helping to fix this error, I went into the Alberton Telkom branch to get assistance but still, they couldn't help. I am not sure who and how to fix this...
