TELKOM RICHARDS BAY-WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

Extremely Frustrated with the Service. Telkom Richards bay store has got to be the worst Service provider i have ever come across. I cancelled my contract with them end of March and was still being debited, Been in store twice, and was told we need to let one more debit go off as it was over the cut off date, we did that, but to my surprise again we are debited this month. Telkom needs to catch a wake up or get competent people to work there. We was assisted by the manager who gave us in writing that there will be no more debits, that did nothing as now we are being handed over. I dont even know what to do with this pathetic store anymore. Extremely frustrated and worse service providers.
