Telkom Rica *****

I have a big problem with Telkom. I bought a Telkom SIM card from 1 of their agents and provided her with my Rica details, only to find out that she used her details to Rica my SIM card which I have been using since October 2019. I only found out now as I want to suspend/SIM swap as they tell me that I cannot do either of the 2 as the SIM card is not in my name. It's frustrating as I'm being sent from Pillar to post from the call center to Maponya Telkom store with no resolution. I need this to be sorted ASAP. I will also be taking this to the media especially radio 702.
