Telkom... Revolting service!

Worst service ever. Call centre is useless they say they are escalating the matter but nothing ever happens. The technicians are just as useless and ***********. They tell me to download the open serve app to track progress but it's just as futile as the people that work there. My wifi hasn't been working for days and all they can tell me is a technician has been allocated but nobody ever comes to fix the problem. I have been calling the call centre 2/3 times daily for 5 days and counting only to get told the same ****. Pathetic and super frustrating!!!
