Telkom review

Telkom are giving a substandard services. The long awaiting ques when a person try to log a call. When a telkom operator eventually pics up they send you from pillar to post. You pay for services which you did not make use of because the wifi is off forever. Telkom enquiries will not deduct the amount for the time the wifi is offline, the customer again have to phone to rectify the bill. If Telkom can just sort out their customer services i believe they will have much more clients
