Telkom retains '****TIEST COMPANY EVER' title for the umpteenth time

Telkom, to but it bluntly, is probably the worst of the worst when it comes to post-purchase consumer care.

1/ Our ADSL line took forever to install, no updates, no care 2/ Now that line has been installed we had no service for about 2 weeks, the cables were ******, no help at ALL from anyone (this is in Bellevue, Upington, Northern Cape) and apparently no one is in a rush to fix these lines, apparently, they even said its better to cancel the contract!

I am horrified, but sadly not surprised. One of the greatest joys of my life would be to see a new player in TelCo step up and disrupt Telkom, I am so ready to pay for superior customer service, I have lost faith in this company. Sti
