Telkom restricted my cellnumber without Debting my account :-(

I Opted for a Telkom Data Sim card at the Festival mall Telkom store, then something went wrong with my cell number it is now restricted with the Data Sim. The lady at the Telkom store said to pay in at Checkers when I went to query it. I paid in the R360 at Checkers. Not happy with Telkom they closed the case *** but I still can't make calls or use my Data and I'm tired of calling the helpdesk, the Agents can't do anything at all.

Telkom was supposed to Debt my account instead of restricting my number, I was unable to work over the weekend.
