Telkom responses...or lack of...?

Does Telkom even ever respond to these complaints? I have just posted a complaint in regards to nighttime data. I looked back some pages to read responses (at least other companies regularly respond) and it seems as if there are hundreds of complaints already for this week only - without any response. I went further back and complaints of 14 June (around page 23 back) also have no response. Does this endless list just go on and on....? How does this affect their share prices? More than 83000 reviews and only one star for service and satisfaction.
